Lovely deep pinkish red which to me is the best quality. Thulite is a translucent pink variety of Zoisite (Tanzanite and Zoisite belong to the same family ) In Ancient Greece Thule was the name given to the unknown cold Northern Lands but lately it refers just to Norway, hence the name of this stone although it is sometimes called Rosaline because of it's
