The blades are made of stainless quality steel and the handles of oiled oak which, in use, will develop patina and simply become more beautiful the longer the knives are used. Shaped from one piece of wood, the wooden handles are comfortable to hold. Wash in hot water and mild soap and dry immediately. Not suitable for dishwasher. The wooden part of the product is FSC certified oak.
